High End & POWER baby. Its the only way
IE Cimatron- not to easy to use, but look out after quality training -
no sitt'n down & figur'in this one out by trail after trail after
error.
Simple : things cumbersome - very constrained-like create a hex- wants
ALL info every step.
Hard things - fuckin breeze
So how many hard things does your shop do - like 3D cav's/cores/trodes
or simple struff like lots-O-plate work?
seems like general consensus is the mouse pusher/ cam jockey rates
most important? Hmmm Think its anything to do with that very expensive
stuff that most shops wont do- dont have time to & think its a waste,
called $"factory training"$
nay that aint it.

what am i doing wrong when i try to pocket or contour toolpaths and i get a (boundaries may not intersect, overlap, collapse, or be nested for z machining) warning. Is there a way around it?
